Lots of new things this week....

UPDATE: For those of you who don't know, we're relocating within State College- we close on our new house this Friday (Happy Birthday Nate, here's a new house....) -We'll put up new pictures once everything goes down....

First- New kicks- big BOY shoes! :) Get this: Size 6 XW (that's size 6, extra wide....definitely doesn't take after Mommies feet....) We walk pretty well- we went to Target on Sunday afternoon and let him walk around the store in them, and then did some walking outside in our parking lot at the house....

Then, we have a new daycare that just opened up.... here's Nate and John (Happy 1st Birthday John TODAY!!!! :)), taking no time at all to destroy the room (in a constructive learning matter of course! :))

We also met our new Friend Luke (Check out the Schellhase Family blog link to learn more about Luke...) this weekend also!

Happy Thanksgiving! and Happy Birthday take 2

We're down in Chambersburg this holiday couple of days and I thought I'd take some time and post some pictures from Thanksgiving, though I realized that I didn't get any with Nate next to the turkey... oh well.... We also combined it with a mini birthday celebration hosted by GG (Nate's great grandma)..... check it out!

Pre-Birthday preview

Uncle Brandon and Aunt Nadege were in PA this past week, so Grandma and Grandad brought them up on Saturday to have a pre-birthday celebration... check out the pictures! Grandad and Uncle Brandon's birthdays are in Nov as well.... we did a multi-person celebration!

Another day in the life of.....

....a busy boy who is almost 1 year old! He likes to get into his little wagon, even if its full of toys....


Can you tell he likes to squint and open his mouth when I point the camera at him?
Yes, at 11 months old, he's tall enough to open the piano himself and play it. Instead of banging a bunch of keys at once, he's getting enough control to press one key at a time... its funny, when he concentrates he looks like Schroeder from Charlie brown....

Well, I guess the piano has to be a little bit smaller before he looks like him....heh...
